We are looking for an active and experienced Sales Trainer, who specializes in sales training.
Your tasks will be:
- Conduct online trainings, webinars and mini-workshops on sales (groups of up to 10 people, duration 1.5-2 hours).
- Conduct individual training sessions with by sales managers (call analysis, coaching, development of specific skills).
- Organization and facilitation of group work: exercises in pairs, role-playing games, sales simulations, practical cases.
- Adaptation of the training format to the online environment (Zoom / Meet): maintaining attention, engaging participants, working with group dynamics.
- Training in cold and warm calls (call structure, opening contact, identifying needs, working with objections, closing).
- Analysis of real calls of sales managers, providing structured feedback.
- Formation and practice of scripts, conversation logic, questions, arguments.
- Transfer of practical telephone sales experience based on own work "on the line".
- Development of sales training programs (onboarding, basic level, advanced level).
- Creation of educational materials: presentations, checklists, templates, cases, tests, practical tasks.
- Adaptation of educational content for different levels of managers (beginners / experienced).
- Update of programs taking into account changes in products, processes, market.
- Filling of the LMS system with educational materials (courses, lessons, tests, tasks).
- Administration of educational activities in the LMS (launching courses, progress control, reporting).
- Interaction with internal stakeholders regarding the development of the training platform.
Conducting knowledge and practical skills tests after training events.
Evaluating the progress of sales managers (before / after training).
Providing recommendations to sales managers for further development employees.
Gathering feedback from training participants and improving programs.
Orientation of training on real business indicators (conversion, call quality, effectiveness).
Participation in the formation of sales standards and training approaches of the company.
Our eyesQualifications:
- Experience in telephone sales from 2 years.
- Experience in coaching/training personnel from 2 years.
- Ability to work online with groups and individually.
- Practical, result-oriented approach (not “theory for the sake of theory”).
- Understanding the principles of adult education
- Ability to manage group dynamics.
