The insurance company UNIQA is the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites a Deputy Director for optimization and improvement of medical assistance business processes to its team.

What needs to be done:

• Carrying out a detailed analysis and description of existing business processes related to customer service in medical assistance < /li>
• Creation of recommendations for simplification and optimization of business processes to increase efficiency and convenience
• Implementation of new technologies for process automation, including creation and description of tasks, as well as active participation in development in the role of product owner
Providing general control over the productivity and quality of work of groups of performers, including doctors and coordinators of medical assistance

Requirements:

• Experience in in the field of business process automation - from 2 years
• High skills in working with MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with PowerBI will be an advantage
• Developed analytical skills , communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the basic principles of Scrum and Agile, experience with IT products as a Product Manager will be an added advantage
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Results-oriented and the ability to take responsibility
