Responsibilities:

• Analysis of input data and creation of reports / graphs / presentations;
< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Creation and updating of user instructions for users on workstations and laptops;
• Creating training courses in the MOCO banking system, as well as preparing surveys; 
• Optimization of work processes Management: preparation of technical tasks;
• Interaction with vendors, analysis of offers on the market, ordering components; 
• Interaction with service centers, control of equipment repair status;
• Interaction with software suppliers: analysis, procurement, licensing control;
• Working with ServiceDesk reporting / statistical analysis in Oracle Analytics BI.
