OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must have experience in a similar position from 1 year in the company and service from 20 user jobs;

• Ability to maintain high level of information security, maintaining uninterrupted operation of software and computer equipment;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Windows, iOS operating systems;

• English, level - B1;

• Knowledge of modern computer technology, construction and configuration of a local network, WiFi;

• Understanding HelpDesk, DNS, DHCP;

• Ability to learn quickly, flexibility;

• Punctuality, sociability, responsibility, the ability to be involved in resolving issues outside of working hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ensuring the operation of computer equipment, computer network and software;

• Administration, implementation and support of the Windows workplace infrastructure;

• Supporting users of information systems both physically in the office and remotely;

• Conduct primary diagnostics and eliminate malfunctions in the operation of computer equipment;

• Setup and maintenance of laptops, computers, printers, etc.

• Office in the city of Kyiv, near the city of Beresteysk (Bul. Vaclav Havel/Lyubomir Huzar);

• Enclosed territory with its own parking and infrastructure;

• Working schedule: In the office Mon-Fri 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Full-time (After the adaptation and fulfillment of the established CRI, the schedule of presence in the office is discussed);

• This position involves traveling to Ukraine abroad;

• Official employment, social security guarantees according to the current Labor Code;

• Fixed rate during the trial period and adaptation (from 1 to 2 months);

• Salary = Fixed rate + % of event profit.
