Business Operations Manager

Workers Platform is an international company providing staff leasing and cleaning services to clients in the EU since 2017. Our clients are hotel chains and service companies in Poland, Austria and Germany.

We are actively growing and expanding the team, so we are looking for a system and analytical specialist who will be responsible for the efficiency and scaling of the company's business processes.

 The following tasks await you:

• Conducting analytics of business processes of all departments of the company (recruiting, marketing, finance, etc.).

• Formation of management reporting (tables, dashboards) and configuration of end-to-end analytics system.

• Configuration and optimization of the CRM system for effective work of all departments.

• Building, description and improvement of the company's business processes.

• Identification of growth points and development of solutions to increase efficiency.

• Formation and implementation of motivation systems based on KPI.

• Initiation and implementation of changes aimed at business scaling.
  
  

Want to join our team? Then you are the ideal candidate if:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, operations management or a related field.

• Experience with CRM and analytical tools.

• Understand financial metrics and principles KPI.
