Business manager in VIP HR

Our partner is one of the largest distributors of sausage products in Ukraine (over 900 positions and 40 plants), which works both in the wholesale segment and in the retail segment, covering a wide range of customers from businesses to end customers. The company is looking for a Business Manager

Job Duties:

1. Organization of operational activities
• Control of the operation of the trading floor, cash register and warehouse.
• Conducting inventories and control of product balances.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service in accordance with business standards.
• Resolving operational and conflict situations, working with feedback, maintaining a positive image brand.
• Implementation of corporate culture.
2. Team management
• Selection, adaptation, training and development of employees.
• Task setting, motivation, performance control.
• Formation of an effective team of sellers, cashiers, porters.
• Mentoring and performance evaluation.
Coordination of daily work, control of deadlines.
3. Sales and Finance
• Execution of sales plans, increase in average check.
• Work with KPI and financial indicators.
• Preparation of management reporting and submission of results to the owner.
• Management of the division's budget (together with the financial department).
4. Business development
• Systematization of processes between departments and ensuring effective communication.
• Interaction with sales, marketing and finance.
• Development and implementation of business development strategy.
• Implementation of innovations and new work methods.
• Implementation of digital technologies to automate processes and improve efficiency.
5. CEO function
• Making management decisions and implementing changes.
• Risk management and prevention of work failures.
• Unloading the owner from operational tasks.
