Business Development Manager in Mr. Glazier

Mr. Glazier is a leading commercial and residential glass, windows, and doors company based in New York City. With over a decade of experience, we have built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We take pride in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, and as we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, market segments, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results for senior management.

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• English - Upper-intermediate or Advanced level.

   

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till 01 am.
