We’re looking for a  Strong Middle Java Developer to join our existing fintech project.

About the project: The project helps non-commercial organizations to create the budget and actual reports of their projects, based on government requirements.

• Business Analyst

• Frontend Engineer/Tech Lead
• Senior Frontend Engineer
• Senior Backend Engineer
• Senior Backend Engineer
• Strong Junior Frontend Developer
• Middle Frontend Engineer
• Project Manager
• Senior QA Engineer
• Mid QA Engineer
• UI/UX Designer

Role Responsibilities 👨‍💻

• Develop and maintain complex Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with other developers and team members to complete tasks and achieve project goals.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure that code meets the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain software documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical support to junior developers.
• Ensure that software projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Analyze and optimize application performance.
• Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle.
• Develop and maintain software architecture and design documents.

Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 🤓

• Degree in computer sciences, coding, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Java-based programming
• Experience with spring boot, redis, rabbitmq, postgresql
• Experience with docker, k8s will be a plus
• Familiarity with software development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans
• Excellent communication skills (English B2+)

Nice to have:

• Experience with FinTech domain

Interview Stages:

• Intro call with Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
• Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes)
• Project Interview (up to 45 minutes)
