The manager of business development and interaction with donors will be responsible for increasing the attraction of IMC funding in Ukraine through a systematic analysis of the donor environment, active interaction with donors and the search for new financial opportunities. The position involves a deep understanding of how international donors, governments and institutional partners finance aid to Ukraine, transforming this understanding into a clear strategy for working with donors and supporting the representation team in positioning the IMC to participate in competitive tenders. This is a National Associate position based in Ukraine and works closely with senior management, technical teams and headquarters to expand and diversify IMC's donor portfolio. To successfully perform this job, the candidate must be able to perform all key functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations as necessary.
