Head of construction projects

Requirements for applicant:

• Specialist or Master's degree in the field of construction;
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering and project management;
• English language - will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of building regulations, rules and standards;
• Structural and innovative approach to project implementation; 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate project participants.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the full life cycle of construction projects from initial planning and feasibility studies to completion and handover;
• Implementation of the project within the agreed time frame, within the allocated budget and agreed level of quality;
• Formation and control of the construction and installation work schedule and the project budget;
• Ensuring operational and financial management of the project in accordance with planned tasks and contracts;
• Compilation of reports and correspondence with the Customer;
• Management of the project team with a focus on efficiency and professional development of colleagues; 
• Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards;
• Using modern project management tools to track progress, plan resources and communicate effectively with all parties.
