How exactly can you influence the development company:
• conduct an audit of the current strategy and processes of the direction
• implementation of the sales plan, responsibility for the direction's revenue
• conducting negotiations with key partners in order to attract leaders of the E-commerce (Non Food), Enterprise+SMB
• form and implement the development strategy of the direction (individual partners) for the agreed period, using available tools, including marketing
• formation of regular reporting on efficiency and success department
• team people management in order to achieve target indicators
• building business relationships with strategically important partners of the direction
• analysis of the needs of category customers and making proposals for improving the product to achieve target indicators
• cross-functional interaction with the development, legal, finance, marketing teams within the framework of the department’s tasks
• involvement in the promotion of the direction (participation in conferences, panel discussions, podcasts etc.)

Challenges for three months:
• adaptation in the team and the company, immersion in the internal processes of the department
• conducting an audit of current processes
• getting to know the TOP 5 partners of the direction 
• conducting negotiations with the aim of attracting 2-3 market leaders in focal areascategories of the direction


Challenges for six months:
• propose a direction development strategy for 6 months
• attract at least one partner with the potential of 5k+ orders per month
• lead the product improvement process according to client requests and implement at least 2-3 initiatives
• conduct an internal team audit, develop goals for each teammate according to the strategy

To achieve results, you will need:
• B2B Sales & Negotiations: proven experience of successful negotiations with Enterprise partners
• People Management: successful experience in building and managing effective sales teams (5+ specialists)
• Strategy & Business Development: experience in formulating and implementing a strategy for the development of the B2B direction with a focus on revenue growth
• Partner Management & Growth: experience in engaging, development and scaling of strategic partners in e-commerce or related industries
• Cross-functional collaboration: strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, experience in interaction with product, marketing, analytics, operational teams and finance
• Analytics & Reporting: ability to work with business metrics, and make decisions based on data
• experience with SaaS will be an advantage
