We are looking for Senior/Team Lead SAP ABAP!

What should be done?

• develop and optimize ABAP programs in systems SAP;
• develop applications for integration with external systems;
• perform customization and customization of standard SAP objects in accordance with business requirements;
• extend standard and create custom services;
• maintain technical documentation;
• interact with the BA team at the stages of collection, analysis and acceptance requirements;
• interact with teams of other technical areas;
• estimate the planned scope of tasks;
• organize and optimize team workflows;
• manage a team of developers, ensure the distribution of tasks and control their execution;
• monitor compliance with development standards and the optimality of solutions;
• implement training, mentoring, evaluation and development of professional skills of team members;
• participate in the hiring process of new employees.

What do we expect?

• 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience;
• building experience ODATA services, use of ABAP OO;
• development experience in various SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD and others);
• SAP HANA: understanding of working with SAP HANA;
• ownership of development methods and tools: ABAP Dictionary, Call Transaction, Function Builder, Screen Painter, Search Help, User-Exit, Batch Input, Class Builder, BADI, BAPI, Adobe Forms, WebDynpro for ABAP;
• experience of SAP integration with other systems via RFC,Web Services;
• experience with REST requests and using Postman;
• excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills;
• experience with performance optimization techniques for ABAP programs and SQL queries;
• understanding of project management and software development concepts;
• knowledge of English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation;
• leadership skills for team management;
• flexibility and adaptability in changing environments;
• problem solving and decision-making skills;
• ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
