Get on board and discover what working for a truly human-centered company feels like.The Business Continuity Manager will collaborate with department directors and the executive team to develop and implement plans to anticipate, address, and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions.Requirements:Experience in BCP processes and crisis management from 2022 till now is a must.Thorough understanding of risk management.Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to think through hypothetical situations and concepts to identify risks and weaknesses in various business processes.Ability to collaborate with others to develop an emergency plan.Excellent communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Will be a plus:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field required; Master’s degree preferred.Responsibilities:Develop and update business recovery plans and procedures; review, revise, and expand existing plans and protocols regularly to reflect changing organizational needs and external environment.Conduct risk assessments for various departments and functions, to ensure business continuity plans are integrated into all facets of the organization.Collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems.Identify and implement recovery operations and methods to allow the company to function at limited or partial capacity in the event that part or all of the infrastructure is damaged or destroyed.Organize and lead business continuity training and exercises for employees to ensure plan effectiveness and preparedness.Establish clear communication channels and protocols for use during a disruption to maintain information flow.Manage the response to actual disruptions, including activation of the business continuity plan and coordination of recovery efforts.Conduct post-incident reviews to analyze the response's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to plans and strategies.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as emergency services, vendors, and other stakeholders critical to business continuity efforts.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to business continuity and disaster recovery.Readiness for business trips.
