Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Business trainer who will help develop the team through effective training, creation quality training programs and support of a culture of continuous development.

Main tasks:

• analysis of personnel training needs;

• development, preparation and conducting of trainings;

• creation of methodical and training materials;

• planning of schedules of training events and control of their execution;

• work with training portal (LMS);

• preparation of reports based on training results;

• post-training support and evaluation of training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• higher education;

• 3 years of experience in training and development;

• confident command of Microsoft Office, experience working with LMS, graphic editors;

• analytical thinking, systematic, attention to detail;

• high level of written and oral literacy, ability to speak in public;

• excellent communication skills, love for people and constant self-development.

Responsibilities:

• preparation of high-quality educational materials and programs;

• achievement of the established training KPIs;

• maintenance of high quality standards of the educational process.
