Currently, in connection with the expansion of the department, we are inviting a sales trainer to the corporate university of the company.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience as a sales trainer from 2 years;
• Understanding of sales and objection skills;
• Facilitation skills;
• High level of communication skills and emotional intelligence;
• Energy, proactivity and flexibility.

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of training programs (basic negotiations, identification of customer needs, work with objections, etc.);
• Conducting sales training for new employees and experienced colleagues;
• Analysis of training results trainings and adaptation of materials;
• Cooperation with the heads of the company's departments to identify areas of growth for colleagues in the sales department;
• Initiative in the implementation of modern approaches to training: business games, interactives, micro-learning;
• Forms of training of our colleagues: online and offline.
