We are looking fora business assistant for the owner of the company.
The owner - Eduard Akhramovych is a serial entrepreneur who simultaneously develops several businesses, most of which are at different stages of development. Therefore, the work environment is characterized by a high rate of change, the constant emergence of new ideas and initiatives, a large number of parallel tasks, solutions and communications.
The main task of the business assistant is to systematically free Eduard Akhramovych’s time,
taking over the organization, structuring, control and support of his business activities,
ensuring the implementation of his decisions without constant personal involvement.
It is important for us that you:
- previously worked with startups/founders/several projects at the same time for at least 2 years;
- are engaged in searching, analyzing, structuring information and can form short, structured conclusions;
- able to fix decisions and monitor their implementation, have such experience;
- work freely with Google Workspace, MS Office, fluently use AI in work, preferably have experience with CRM;
- work through systems (task trackers, calendars);
- speak English at the Intermediate+ level;
- have competent written and spoken Ukrainian;
- know how to organize your time and that of others, have high communication skills, diplomatic, not afraid to remind manager, work calmly in a dynamic mode, think ahead, do not need constant instructions.
- were focused on the result, had a desire to develop professionally.
What you will do:
- coordinate life and business - schedule of the manager, meetings, trips, filming, events, priorities. You are the one who keeps everything under control by managing the manager's calendar;
- collect and analyze the necessary information according to the specified parameters;
- monitor the execution of the manager's tasks: you record agreements, update movement and priorities, monitor deadlines, ensure results;
- help the manager with other business tasks.
