Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:

• 4+ years of BA experience in IT outsourcing companies.
• Profound understanding and handling of the software development lifecycle
• Proficient stakeholders’ management experience
• Сollaboration with the business owners in terms of product business requirements and strategy elaboration, requirements prioritization, and product efficiency analysis.
• Efficient discovery conduction (Product vision, market research, competitors’ analysis, product roadmap, etc.)
• Backlog management (creation, refinement, prioritization)
• Sound experience in requirements elicitation and management (user stories, specifications, use cases, non-functional requirements, etc.)
• Modeling techniques knowledge and use (UML, BPMN)
• Ability to drive projects from the beginning to the end with minimal guidance
• Investigation of new business requests and analysis of feasibility and impact on the product and business processes
• Create and maintain the product-related documentation (solution specification, user guide, etc.)
• Experience in developing integration requirements
• Advanced English
• Fluent/Native in Ukrainian language
• Approaches: Scrum, Waterfall
• 
  Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, G-Suite, Figma
