To develop the e-commerce website and mobile application of the MasterZoo network, in connection with staff expansion, the team is looking for a team business analyst development.

What needs to be done:

• Collection and analysis of business requirements;
• Definition of business needs and key stakeholders;
• Analysis of existing processes and development of BPMN diagrams for their visualization;
• Development of technical documentation;
• Formation of system requirements and description of business processes;
• Creation of UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence) for technical detailing;
• Data and market analysis;
• Research of market trends and user behavior;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of current solutions and identification of areas for improvement;
• Participation in the implementation of changes;
• Coordination of development and integration of new functionality;
• Using BPMN diagrams to describe changes in processes;
• Process monitoring and improvement;
• Analysis of key performance indicators;
• Using UML diagrams to model new processes and system architecture.
