Anix is an IT company with over 20 years of experience in business automation.  

We implement AI agents, chatbots, CRM systems, service integration and automation know-how for real businesses in Ukraine and beyond.

Now we are expanding the direction of AI-automation and integrations and are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Integrator who is ready to be trained from scratch within the framework of a structured internship.

## Who we are looking for

This position is ideal for:

- aspiring Business Analyst who wants to enter IT through automation and AI;

- QA / ManualQA who already have a base in API, Postman, query logic and want to change the direction of development;

- novice technical specialists with strong logical thinking and interest in AI. 

Experience is not mandatory - the key for us is the ability to think, learn and bring tasks to a conclusion

## What you will do

- Analyze business requests of clients and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design automation business processes (text, diagrams, BPMN).

- Participate in creatingAI-agents and chatbots for business.

- Build integrations between CRM,Telegram,email, external services.

- Work with Make / n8n / InBoost (after training).

- Understand and use API,webhooks,JSON.

- Capture events and process logic in CRM.

- Assist in the preparation of demo solutions and customer training.

## Requirements (Hard Skills)

> Most of the points below are what we teach during the first month.

- English Intermediateor higher - for reading documentation and taking courses (main content in English).

- Understanding of API-interaction logic and data formats (JSON / XML).

- Basic understanding of integrations,webhooks, events, triggers.

- Ability to describe processes logically and structured.

- Interest in AIand automation of business processes.

## Requirements (Soft Skills)

- Strong logical and systemic thinking.

- Attention to details and responsibility for the result.

- Ability to ask questions and look for solutions.

- Independent learning.

- Adequate communication with technical and business side.

## Will be a plus

- Experience or training in QA / ManualQA.

- Familiarity with Make, n8n, InBoost or other know-code tools.

- Working with CRM (Pipedrive, KeyCRM, Uspacy, etc.).

- Experience in creating chatbots (Telegram or others).

- Understanding AI limitations (errors, hallucinations, fallback-logic).

## Conditions

- Internship: 1 month, paid - 50% of the rate.

- After internship - job offer.

- Salary after internship: from 10,000 UAH + payment of hours according to client projects.

- Fully structured training:

- BPMN and process description

- API / Postman / webhooks

- Make, n8n, AI-agents, chatbots

- CTO mentoring and regular QA sessions.

- Real business projects, not "learning examples".
