IT business analyst Enterprise

Main duties:

• Participation in the company's new ERP (IT-Enterprise) implementation project
• Audit, analysis and formalization of company processes;
• Formation of proposals for process improvement companies;
• Formation of requirements for automation;
• System configuration, testing of implemented solutions;
• Participation in the implementation of automation tools in company processes;
• Participation in the process of training system users

Our expectations regarding experience and skills:

• Higher technical education or in the areas of "Enterprise Economics", "Finance";
• Experience as an IT-Enterprise business analyst from 2 years;
• In-depth understanding of algorithms and logic of IT-Enterprise work;
• In-depth knowledge of one or several subject areas: Accounting and tax accounting, accounting IFRS, treasury, budgeting, production, consolidation of reporting;
• Ability to analyze the company's business processes, identify optimization / automation needs, set technical tasks for development;
• Experience in the development of a production management system (Would be an advantage);
• In-depth knowledge of BPMN notation (Would be an advantage);
• High level of Excel proficiency;
• A confident user office programs;
• Knowledge of Share Point (Will be an advantage);
• Understanding and mastery of IT systems (will be an advantage).

Working conditions:

• Official employment, provision all social guarantees according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;

• Work schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m./9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., 5-day work week.
