Business analyst (ERP, Odoo, implementation) in PRIZMA

Self-ERP is a Ukrainian brand that specializes in implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for medium and large organizations, using all the capabilities and experience of the international Odoo platform.

Now we are actively expanding our Odoo Enterprise ERP implementation team, working both with Ukrainian customers and with foreign customers.

KEY DUTIES

• Collection, analysis and specification of business requirements;
• Decomposition of business requirements to the level of non-functional and functional requirements with a sufficient level of detail;
• Presentation of requirements using alternative methods, such as diagrams, prototypes, business process;
• Conducting a requirements review to ensure that the final requirements are understood by all team members;
• Maintaining (updating / updating / archiving) the requirements database;
• Analyzing business processes and identifying problems (including recommendations for implementing a solution);
• Determining project content and prioritizing requirements;
• Product presentation, including internal and external user training;
• Providing IT consulting on further product development.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in the field of economics, finance, accounting;
• Experience in the field of accounting/finance and corporate financial reporting for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of business analysis and requirements management;
• Skills and practice of drafting documentation (requirements, specifications);
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Orientation to details, analytical and inquisitiveness;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Strong time management skills;
• Problem solving skills;
• English level not lower than average

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of Odoo platform - technical structure (models, fields, access rights, domains). Standard Odoo applications (Sales, Purchases, Accounting, CRM, POS, Inventory, Production, etc.) and Odoo modules;
• Experience of implementing CRM and ERP systems;
• Experience of working with international standards of financial reporting and formation of accounting methodology in the company;
• Experience of presenting requirements using diagrams, prototypes, business processes (BPMN, UML);
• Knowledge of the budgeting process;
• Experience with regulatory accounting.
