— German/French/Spanish proficiency (would be a plus).
— E-commerce experience, understanding of business processes;

— Experience with Jira/Confluence or comparable;

— Being a bridge between uncertain business desires and real technical specifications;
— MVP, UX, and customer journey formation;
— Receiving feedback from clients and effectively discussing it;
— Taking responsibility for the result rather than the process;
— Understanding the client's business essence;
— Weekly and Daily reports on the work performed;
— Business day 9:15–18:15.
