Your main tasks will be:

• to collect and analyze requirements for the software product, analyze existing business processes and model future processes ("to be");
• identify problems in the work of current processes and prepares proposals for their elimination;
• prepare a description of requirements for changing the existing system configuration for the purpose of automating business processes (develops technical tasks);
• support the development team in the process of implementing the required changes;
• develop processes and procedures for system integration and performs data conversion into the system;
• develop test cases and conduct testing;
• responsible for acceptance work performed and assessment of the development result for compliance with requirements;
• develop user instructions and conduct end-user training;
• prepare proposals for the development of implemented solutions.

We expect from you:

• higher technical education;
• 2 years of work experience as a business analyst (or support and development specialist) in projects implementation of automated enterprise management systems (ERP, CRM, EPM) for large geographically distributed enterprises;
• basic knowledge in the field of project management and experience with Jira will be considered an advantage;
• knowledge of the relevant functional area at the expert level - M&R (EAM);
• understanding of the equipment database, technological maps, regulations and other components of repair and maintenance processes to ensure robotsand the maintenance and repair module;
• understanding of the maintenance cycle, types of repairs, asset structure;
• understanding of the principles of building information systems, APIs, integrations with ERP;
• knowledge of the principles of structuring, validation and data quality assurance;
• understanding of the logic of building AS IS / TO BE business processes, modeling situations and creating schemes with zones responsibility;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
