We are looking for a technical support specialist to join the team that works with accounting programs of the BAS line (Helpdesk, L1, L2). He is a person who is not afraid of technical problems, likes to help others and wants to grow in automation projects. Experience is required, but don't worry - we'll teach you everything you need and support you every step of the way.
What you will do:
- Help our customers solve technical and functional issues that arise during work with programs.
- Install and configure software, connect to customers remotely, explain and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate through calls (IP telephony, incoming line), as well as through remote connection.
- Analyze recurring requests, find the source of problems and help the team improve services.
From you:
- Experience in communicating with clients (preferably 2 years or more).
- Using a PC at the software installation level.
- Attention to details, logic and desire to understand new things.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and grow professionally.

1. Paid tuition - UAH 22,000 during internship.
2. After certification, the position of a support specialist with a salary of UAH 25,000.

Work scheduleMon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00, format - remote
Stages of selection:
- Initial telephone conversation (5-10 minutes).
- Video interview with HR (30-40 minutes, Zoom).
- Execution of a test task.
- Introduction day (1-2 part-time working days).
- Internship (up to 2 months).
