Functional tasks:
*In case of equality of experience, qualifications, knowledge and skills, reliability and safety of the candidate, when making a decision on the selection of candidates for vacant positions, preference is given to:
Functional tasks:
- Identification, collection, analysis and design of requirements;
- Analysis of existing and design of target business processes;
- Evaluation and comparison of requirements implementation options;
- Preparation and approval of business analysis documents (descriptions of stakeholder requirements and requirements for a solution);
- Life cycle support requirements;
- Participation in user testing of solutions
- Evaluation of the implemented solution.

- Experience in writing business analysis documentation from 1 year;
- Experience in describing data models and knowledge of relevant notations (Crow`s Foot, IDEF1X);
- Experience in the banking\financial system of Ukraine will be an advantage;
- Understanding the stages of the business analysis process;
- Owning the basic techniques of identifying and gathering requirements;
- Understanding the principles of describing use-cases;
- Knowledge of business process description notations (BPMN/UML);
- Understanding the life cycle software and project methodologies (waterfall - mandatory, agile - will be an advantage);
- Understanding the principles of web services (REST/SOAP) and JSON, XML formats;
- Higher education;
- English language level not lower than B1;
- Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Visio;
- Experience of working with BI systems (knowledge MicroStartegy will be an advantage);
- SQL knowledge at a basic level;
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence will be an advantage;
- Ability to collaborate and take responsibility.
