About eHopper:
eHopper is a global technology company based in New York, dedicated to providing innovative solutions that enhance business operations. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison among various stakeholders, including our customers, development team, partners and customer support. This role will report directly to the Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Manage knowledgebase and support material
• Assist customers along with customer support in case of issues
• Collaborate with the development team to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Support the Head of Product in planning and product development activities.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience in writing clear and concise business requirements.
• Understanding of technology and software development processes.
