The main duties of a Business Analyst:

• Collection, analysis and structuring of requirements from the team or customers.

• Description of processes, creation of documentation, schemes and diagrams.

• Data analysis, generation of reports and proposals.

• Interaction with the development, design, managers.

• Participation in the preparation of technical tasks and specifications.

• Checking compliance of implementation with requirements (functionality analysis after development).

• Search for ways to optimize business processes.

• Analytical thinking and attention to details.

• Ability to logically structure information.

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Willingness to learn, develop and work in a team.

• An advantage will be: knowledge of UML/BPMN, SQL or experience creating diagrams.
