Our employee in this position:
- Participates in the development of process management methodology, regulatory document templates, process construction and automation approval of regulatory documents
- Participates in the formation of training materials for company employees regarding process management, conducting training and activities for the development of process management culture, knowledge testing
- Identifies and maintains the relevance of the company’s process model (list and owners)
- Performs an assessment of the maturity of processes, in order to further choose a management strategy
- Participates in administration database of regulatory documents of the company
- Performs modeling, analysis, description of new and cross-functional business processes (at the request of process owners);
- Provides assistance in restructuring/changing processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness of cross-functional interaction (at the request of process owners)
- Provides other business partner support (providing recommendations to employees on process management issues: organizations construction of the process, modeling, analysis, description, documentation, agreement, implementation in the part of the presentation to be, etc.) related to the Company's activities (main processes: agriculture, poultry farming, production of biogas, compound feed, retail, etc.; auxiliary processes: safety, finance, HR, etc.)
- Knowledge of process management approaches/methodology (for example, ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Capability Maturity Model Integration, BPM CBOK, etc.)
- Experience in construction or reengineering (changes) of business processes
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 modeling, Bizagi, Visio programs
- Developed communication and presentation skills (Power Point)
- Experience of working with large data sets (Excel, PBI)
- Knowledge of English at Pre-Intermediate level and above
- Proactivity, system thinking, focus on result
