Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Collection of requirements.
- Ordering and writing company processes (gathering information from process stakeholders);
- Modeling of processes according to the BPMN method;
- Functional decomposition of solutions;
- Processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on current requirements;
- Analysis of problem areas and generation of proposals for improvement;
- Providing the customer with a report on completed tasks and the progress of the project as a whole.
- Presentation of prototypes, demo versions and ready-made solutions to the customer.
