Phenomenon Studio is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst who can find the golden mean between business goals and efficient use of company resources.

Requirements:
— Experience from 2 years in the role of Financial Analyst/Financial Manager/Business Analyst in IT companies
— Experience in the field of B2B services
— English level — Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate
— Skills of working with tables, numbers, and documents
— Experience with financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow)
— Understanding of financial analytics, performance evaluation by key indicators
— Analytical thinking, attentiveness, the ability to listen and argue decisions, communication skills, independence and autonomy in processes.

Responsibilities:
— Planning of key financial indicators of the company
— Preparation of financial budgets, reports and models (PnL, CashFlow)
— Optimizing studio costs and creating calculators to assess the effectiveness and profitability of certain processes/costs
— Preparation of conclusions and proposals regarding the financial activities of the company and control of their further implementation
— Compilation and control of the company’s balance sheet
— Reporting and performance evaluation of the company’s business units
— Assessment of financial risks, development of risk minimization strategies, and ensuring the company’s financial stability
— Compilation of reports on the profitability of each department
— Calculate the margin of each project.
