About the project: Online account opening for Legal Entities

What needs to be done:

Automation of the process remote account opening, FM checks, as a result of which the time for opening current accounts will be reduced, network and back-office labor costs for account registration will be reduced, easy entry for the client into the bank will appear, which will lead to an increase in customer loyalty and the bank's competitiveness.

Project goals:

• Realization of the possibility of online opening of the first account and establishment of business relations with UL and FOP;
• Integration with external online services (youcontrol, state portals) for autofilling data and passing financial monitoring checks;
• Remote registration of passive products with automation of data display processes in the bank's accounting and document management systems;
• Optimization of labor costs of employees of the network and the bank's operating unit.

What is required for this:

• Experience working as an analyst in an Agile environment;
• Development and design of new processes, optimization of existing processes (CamundaBPM, Visio, or similar);
• Conducting system analysis in the development of new functionality and refinement of existing functionality;
• Preparation of SRS for functional development. Description of requirements for interfaces, protocols, integration solutions between systems in the IT landscape of the Bank involved in the process;
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence;
• Mastery of basic process modeling notations (BPMN, UML);
• Knowledge of technologies and experience working with protocols (SOAP and REST, XML and JSON);
• Experience working with databases at the level of writing SQL queries with data manipulation and selection commands (Postgres SQL, Oracle, MS SQL);
• Understanding and experience with process management (Camunda Cockpit);
• Understanding and experience working with monitoring systems (Kibana);
• Knowledge of banking processes and experience in designing integration solutions with banking systems (ABS B2, isCard, SmartVista, Siebel, FileNet, DWH).
