The role of the Business Analyst is pivotal in dissecting and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and strategies. This position demands a profound comprehension of the iGaming sector, business procedures, and a sharp analytical acumen.

What your workday will consist of:

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including product managers, operational teams, and technical experts, to compile and document business requirements for various iGaming projects.
• Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the iGaming operations.
• Crafting detailed task descriptions, process maps and workflows to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
• Ensuring that implemented solutions align with defined business requirements and work closely with development and QA teams during testing phases.
• Staying aware of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to furnish strategic recommendations to the business.
• Generating and keep documentation for business processes, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Identifying issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in processes of business document preparation, and propose effective solutions.

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst in the iGaming, SaaS, Crypto or other high loaded sector.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is advantageous
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
