Our CRM system support team is looking for a new colleague for the role of Business / System Analyst

What you will do

• Form a solution backlog by decomposing requirements.
• Collect and analyze documents and specifications.
• Identify and analyze stakeholder requirements.
• Create requirements specifications.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle.
• Maintain a knowledge base.
• Prepare demo materials that impress and inspire teams.
• Support the process of developing solutions to ensure the success of projects.
• Analyze the compliance of project solutions with requirements.
• Conduct UAT.

What qualifications and experience are required

• From 2 years of experience in business/systems analysis.
• Experience in gathering and managing the requirements lifecycle.
• Experience in writing structured project documentation and TOR.
• Experience using uml notation for modeling functional requirements.
• High communication and interviewing skills.
• Visualization skills and making presentations to stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in formalizing functional requirements using the following techniques: functionaldecomposition, usecaseandscenarios, user story, statemodelling, prototyping.
• Experience in writing technical, project documentation: BRD, SRS, Adminguides.
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, SQL.
• Understanding the digital product development management process.

Experience in Telecom will be a plus

• Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermedia level or higher.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with Miro.
