Your responsibilities:

• Formation, description and approval of technical tasks for programmers for revision in 1C (BAF) UTP
• Business analysis processes
• Interaction with developers regarding the implementation of changes and implementation control
• Testing of finished improvements
• Writing user instructions and functional descriptions
• Analysis of system data to eliminate problems and optimize accounting
• Counseling employees according to our work
• Automation and improvement of business processes
• Analysis requests to the database (MS SQL, FireBird SQL), forming samples.
• Monitoring the correct operation of the system, participating in resolving incidents.

Our wishes:

• work experience in 1C UTP from 2 years of age (or similar systems). Preferably in companies that use or implement 1C:Enterprise 8 / BAS / BAF (UTP, ERP, Trade Management). UTP will be a priority
• experience in setting up TK for programmers and writing instructions for users
• Experience in Excel, knowledge of basic formulas (data analysis and preparation for uploading to 1C)
• Experience in IT project team communication (Jira, Asana, Trellob and others)
• Theoretical understanding and practical experience of describing business processes and knowledge of the concept of process approach
• Attention to details
