 Main requirements: 

• Higher education (economic/technical)
• Experience of working in 1C v8
• Experience of working with ERP, CRM tools, WMS, BPMS and BI
• Knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN, IDEF)
• Understanding the basics of business activity (main processes, document flow, financial results), accounting and management accounting
• Knowledge of Excel (level - advanced user)
• Understanding the principles of database architecture
• Knowledge of process theory management
• Experience in a similar position (process description, business automation)
• Systemic, analytical and creative thinking, initiative, attention to detail, effective communication skills, oral and written literacy

Responsibilities:

• Communication with internal customers and stakeholders to determine business needs, collection and analysis requirements
• Investigation of the current state and description of processes, analysis of existing problems and development of project changes
• Preparation of technical tasks for development
• Testing of software solutions
• Writing of regulatory documentation (instructions, regulations, etc.)
• Training of users in new tools, conducting presentations
• Formation of analytical reports, conclusions and recommendations
