Business analyst (1C) in Citrus

We invite a business-1C analystto the team b>, who will be the driving force behind the company's automation process, will receive requests, process, write TOR, deliver to developers and report to stakeholders.

What needs to be done?

• Processing of change requests, collection of business requirements, their analysis and evaluation.
• Presentation of TK to the development team.
• Writing instructions for using the functionality, compiling user documentation.
• Formation and prioritization of the backlog.
• Interaction with development teams.
• Coordinating the sprint plan with customers.
• Identification of risks and problems, elimination of obstacles hindering the progress of work.
• Conducting daily meeting, planning, backlog grooming, retrospective. Methodologies, tools: Agile, Kanban, Scrum, JIRA;
• Informing the customer about development terms.
• Control of the closing of sprints according to their direction (fixing bugs, completing tasks, requests by developers).
• Calculation of team productivity for the next sprint.
• Conducting a demo to an internal customer based on the developed functionality.

Basic requirements:

• Work experience from the 1st year as a business analyst.
• Experience of drafting technical and methodical documentation in the context of describing business processes.
• Knowledge of basic objects and mechanisms in 1C.
• Analytical mindset.
• Orientation on the result, the desire to bring it to the end, to "press", including in conditions of uncertainty.
