And now we are looking for a proactive, self-organized Business Analyst with 2 years of experience. Join us if you want to work in an environment that values ​​input and supports everyone's development.

You will help us with:

• approving the final goal of improving the current or developing new functionality, forming the process of implementing the necessary tasks (including creating an MVP ) to achieve the established goal;
• collection, analysis for completeness and consistency, and coordination of task implementation requirements with all stakeholders (design, project manager, insurance companies, developers, testers, customers) and formalization of the process of achieving the expected final result in a technical task;
• decomposition of tasks and implementation of the most optimal option for achieving the goal;
• presentation of the implemented functionality to stakeholders;
• formation of documents within the boundaries of the project, for example, BPMN, UML diagrams, user stories, task acceptance criteria, etc.

We expect from you:

• availability of implemented projects;
• knowledge, understanding and use of best practice of business analysis (BABOK);
• experience with API and web services;
• experience in writing technical tasks for developers;
• experience of integrating third-party services into the project;
• experience with the full cycle of identification, validation and management of product requirements;
• knowledge of requirements documentation techniques through user stories;
• passion for implementing functionality that people use.

A plus will be:

• work experience in an insurance company or insurtech project as a business analyst, product owner, project manager in another position related to the development of IT infrastructure and services in insurance;
• experience in writing user guides and technical specifications for the project;
• experience in prototyping user interfaces using Figma.
