Business analyst in Oschadbank

We are looking for Business Analyst. This is a role for someone who is passionate about influencing the development of management information systems, sees patterns where others see chaos, and is willing to turn data into solutions.

Key tasks:

• Business analysis of requests and requirements of the bank's divisions for the creation of management, financial and commercial reporting.

• Collection, processing and structuring of information to improve efficiency business processes.

• Data quality analysis in sources through SQL queries.

• Formation of functional and technical requirements for developers of data storage and reporting systems.

• Testing of changes in the data model, analytical applications and reports.

• Supporting users in working with automated applications and reports.

• Participation in data storage integration projects with other bank systems.

• Identifying inconsistencies between methods and data in sources and storage.

• Providing proposals for improving methods and improving data quality.

This role requires:

• Higher education.

• Working experience in financial or banking institutions from 3 years.

• Understanding:

  • NBU chart of accounts and display of transactions in accounting;

  • accounting standards;

  • methodology of financial and management reporting;

  • procedure of bank transactions operations;

  • economic indicators of the bank.

• Desirable: knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.

Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00.  After the adaptation period in the office, it is possible to work remotely.
