Business Analyst in PrivatBank

Basic responsibilities:

• Discussion of tasks with business customers in the bank
• Analysis of requirements and technical opportunities with developers
• Sprint planning and task descriptions for developers
• Control of development plans and software deployment by developers + devops
• Manual testing of new functionality using simple SQL queries, API calls via Postman, Jmeter, Swagger (we will learn)
• Acceptance testing with customers
• Accepting comments on products from the support service, analyzing errors with developers, repeating the improvement cycle

Basic requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Business position Analyst
• Experience in gathering product requirements, building work with customers and developers
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Experience in Redmine, Confluence
• Skills in identifying project risks
• Skills in building project diagrams

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in implementing business processes: describing process diagrams, integrating 2+ programs via API, supporting changes, organizing meetings of 2+ teams
• Knowledge of SQL basics
