We are now opening a new opportunity for an ambitious Business Analyst who wants to work with various industries, interesting projects and have a real impact on the customer's business.

What will you do? to do?

• Interview and identify customer needs
• Analyze and document system requirements
• Form the vision of the implementation project
• Provide suggestions for optimization of business processes
• Configure the system according to the customer's tasks using low-code and no-code tools
• Present implemented solutions to the customer
• Conduct training on the effective use of the Creatio platform
• Test functionality systems
• Support and advise customers on working with Creatio

What do we expect from you?

• Customization experience and implementation of CRM/ERP systems
• Experience in automating business processes
• Experience in gathering requirements from customers
• Experience in technical documentation development
• Developed communication skills
• Proficient written and spoken Ukrainian, English will be a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Attention to details, punctuality and a responsible approach to work
