What will you do:
- Analyze business needs, collect and formalize requirements from customers.
- Participate in the implementation, configuration and support of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central).
- Understand logistics processes: warehouse management, transport, procurement, sales, finance.
- Prepare technical and business documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases).
- Work with data: build SQL queries, analyze database structures.
Visualize business processes in BPMN, maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
A plus will be:
- Experience of ERP integration with other systems (WMS, TMS, CRM).
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics NAV/BC), IIBA, PMI-PBA.
- Experience in international companies or projects
