Your mission

As aData Operations Analyst at Glovo, you will become a key member of the local operations team, responsible for analytics, process optimization and interaction with partners to improve their operations metrics.

Your way to Glovo

• Analyze data to obtain actionable insights aimed at improving operational performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and align strategies that increase operational efficiency partners.
• Analysis of main trends and insights followed by presentation of results to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
• Working with analytical tools (SQL, Google Spreadsheets, Looker).

What will you bring with you?

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Practical experience and in-depth knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Excel.
• Proficiency in English (B2).
• Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills, especially in the field of business data analysis partners.
• Understanding of Looker, Tableau or other BI tools

Will be an advantage:Experience of working in a dynamic business environment (Q-commerce, Marketplace, E-commerce, Logistics, etc.)
