Business analyst in AGRO-SOLAR, TOV

In the most promising industry of our country, namely agriculture, the company AGRO-SOLARauthorized dealer of John Deere, looking for a business analyst. We sell agricultural machinery according to European standards.

• Development and optimization of the company's business processes;
• Participation in the working group on the implementation of electronic document flow based on BAS ERP;

• Development of a control system for the implementation of KPIs and compliance with BP (formation of management reports to the manager on the implementation of KPIs and company goals, organization of meetings on the implementation of annual goals);
• Conducting in-depth data analysis in CRM and 1C systems ( BAS ERP), making proposals for improvements;
• Creating informative reports and maintaining interactive dashboards for management and department employees (ERP\PBi reports on the current implementation of KPIs for the front office);
• Control in compliance with the requirements of the company's partners (participation in inspections by suppliers);
• Communications with suppliers regarding the implementation of additional software products.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Experience in writing a business process map;
• Understanding the structure of business processes of a trade/service enterprise;
• Knowledge of BAS ERP, MS Power BI, BPMN 2.0;
• English language B1+;
• High level of personal responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail and love of accuracy;

• Positive attitude and constructiveness in solving issues.
