The Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of the project "Support for digital transformation" (DTA) announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the provision of expert services of a business analyst / business analyst for support digital projects of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".
Work format: mixed (offline and online). Preference is given to candidates who will be able to work in Kyiv.
Term of the contract: until the end of 2024 with a possible extension .
Main tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the contract:< /p>
- Study and describe current, develop new business processes in accordance with automation needs.
- Analyze current legislation regulating the field of internal and of international passenger transportation.
- Collect analytical data to improve automated systems and processes, expand functionality.
- Conduct regular meetings with interested parties parties (in particular, with representatives of state bodies, users) to find out the requirements for digital systems of "Ukrzaliznytsia".
- Develop optimized models and improved business processes.
- Model interfaces and interactive forms.
- Develop user stories (User stories).
- Support project backlog.
- Prepare project documentation, including technical requirements and tasks, specifications, operational documentation.
- Participate in system functionality testing.
Requirements for contest participants:
- College or undergraduate degree in IT or engineering (or related field).
- More than two (2) years of business process analytics experience.
- Experience in writing technical tasks, requirements, specifications and operational documentation for IT products.
- Understanding software design and development, its implementation.
- Ability to structure elements of information systems and determine possible software solutions.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.
- Experience with Notion, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in using interface modeling products (Axure, Figma).
- Experience in modeling business processes (Cawemo) and interactions with users, clients.
- Communication and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to teach the untrained users.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and products.
- Desirable experience in implementing and using government software products.
- Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
- li>Knowledge of legislation in the field of railway transport operation will be an advantage.
