Brand manager (sausage products) in M'yasnik, GK

Myasnyk Group of Companies is one of the leading producers of meat products in Ukraine, and invites a brand manager with experience in the meat processing or food industry to join the team. and in the city of Kharkiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the sausage product brand development strategy;

• Analysis of the market, competitive environment, trends and consumer preferences;

• Formation and updating of the assortment together with the technological department;

• Participation in the creation of packaging design, positioning of new products;

• Planning and implementation of marketing activities (ATL/BTL, Trade);

• Control of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and product promotion;

• Interaction with sales, production and supply departments.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a brand manager or marketer in the segment meat or food products from 2 years;

• Readiness for frequent business trips to production;

• Understanding the specifics of the FMCG market, preferably in the direction of sausage products;

• Ability to work with sales analytics, pricing positioning;

• Creativity, systemic thinking, strategic approach to brand development;

• Higher education (marketing, economics or management).
