We are a modern Ukrainian nail brand operating on the Ukrainian and international markets. We are looking for a marketer to strengthen the team and help create stylish, thoughtful and effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and strategy

• Implementation of the brand's marketing strategy (online and offline).

• Analysis of the market, competitors and campaign results.

• Marketing budget control and ROI assessment.

• Planning and implementation of promotions, integrations and launches in stores and digital channels.

• Working with email and SMS messages.

Partnerships and cooperation

• Coordinating activities with partners, schools and educational centers.

• Formation and sending of PR boxes, partnership kits, competition and training kits.

• Working with international partners and supporting marketing activities abroad.

Operational processes

• Ordering printed products and marketing materials.

• Monitoring the work of contractors and quality performance of tasks.

• CRM work: arrival, balance control and write-off of marketing products.

• Transfer of technical tasks into production.

Team interaction

• Close cooperation with the art director, SMM team and assistant.

• Ensuring a single brand style in all marketing activations.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience as a marketer in the nail industry or beauty segment.

• Understanding the middle / premium segment is a big plus.

• High attention to details.

• Developed visual taste and sense of aesthetics.

• Creativity and the ability to generate non-standard solutions.

• Systematic, organized and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
