Brand Designer in SKELAR

MeMykita Pluzhko, Design Lead of the communication team SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that creates international tech businesses. Designer and art director with eight years of experience in graphic and motion design. I have experience working in agencies, corporations and freelance. I help brands look consistent and modern in visual communication.

We have a strong, cohesive team of 15 communicators and designers. Everyone forms their part of the great history of the brand, which is only 2 years old. But we have already managed to win the title of TOP-1 IT employer on the market of Ukraine. We have even bigger plans, so we are actively looking for new talent.

We are looking forSenior Brand Designer, to strengthen the visual communication of SKELAR in Ukraine and Poland. Among your tasks are will be:

— creation of visual concepts and identities for special projects in the media, all-Ukrainian educational programs, business and networking events and other activities for brand development,
creative solutions for events, text-decoration">the ability to test generative, 3D, animation, etc.

- you learn while working, try new tools,
— you can clearly explain the choice of color and placement of text to an experienced person and one who is far from design,
— you consider the needs of the target audience and analyze the work of your design in practice,
— you have experience with Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CINEMA 4D,
— ready to work in the office in Kyiv in a hybrid format.

What is desirable for us:

— work with branding and identity,
— experience in creating concepts for social networks,
— basic understanding of 3D, generative.
