Middle QA Engineer (Video) in Ajax Systems

R&D is responsible for device development at Ajax, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA.

Security systems have increased requirements for reliability and stability of work. That is why the QA Department at Ajax Systems accompanies the product both at the development stage and in the process of production and further development. They detect bugs in hardware, software, or system interactions. This is not just a team of "clickers", these are creative engineers. They test new devices in various extreme conditions: they simulate the movements of people and animals, reproduce complex weather conditions, temperature changes, arrange controlled fires and floods. font-style: text-decoration: none">Analyze the software requirements of functionality and test stands

Requirements:

• Strong technical background

• Knowledge and understanding of testing theory

  Knowledge of electronics (radio engineering education, amateur radio, work with Arduino, RC filters, etc.)

• Ability to work with UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO

none">Knowledge of Linux commands (tail, grep, udev)
• Strong analytic skills, the ability to reproduce and localize the problem

• The ability to solve non-standard tasks/ think out of the box

• English at the level of reading and understanding documentation

• Independence in finding solutions, willingness to work in a team and help colleagues

• The ability to structure bug reports and present them clearly

• Basic understanding of Python or Bash for automation
