Billing Support Specialist / Agent in Uniwell

Since 2019, we've been helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals through support in the Unimeal, madMusclesHaRNA by providing support, motivation and confidence at every stage their way.

Our team already has 200+ specialists, but we continue to actively grow and are looking forBilling Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for inquiries related to payments, refunds and chargebacks, as well as other user inquiries. If necessary, you will coordinate interaction with payment providers. The work involves written communication via email (ticket system).

Your future tasks:

• Providing high-quality second-level user support: processing requests for payments, refunds, cancellation of subscriptions and answers to other questions in written format; disputes;

• Collecting and summarizing user feedback for further improvement of products and services.

We we expect from you:

• Experience in customer support from 6 months;

• Confident command of written English at level B2 and above;

• Ability to communicate clearly, structured and with empathy;

• Indifference and a sincere desire to help users;

• Responsibility for the result and the ability to make balanced decisions.

• Completely remote format of work from anywhere in the world (on your own equipment);

• Rotational work schedule according to the scheme 4 working days - 2 days off, then 3 working days - 1 day off. You can choose one of three time slots and work in it on a permanent basis, slot options: 09:00-17:00, 12:00-20:00 or 14:00-22:00;
