Quick career opportunity to the second line of support, QA or Analytics;

Responsibilities:

• Working 5 days a week (from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) basic settings of SERVIO software;
• Update of the knowledge base, preparation of training materials;
• Analysis and systematization of client requests.
• Formation of cases for developers to improve the overall quality of our products.

Necessary skills:

• Work experience is not mandatory;
• Ability to quickly learn and understand previously unfamiliar tools and systems;
• Advanced PC user (Windows);
• Resistance to stress and adaptability;
• Multitasking, flexibility;
• Literate oral and writtenand language;
